Aspergers and Feldenkrais

Aspergers - results from an “over-connectivity” of the different areas of the brains.

This results - in the aspergers person - seeing patterns of patterns - in recurring layers.

Seeing “high level” patterns that other people don't even notice.

However they are also over CONSTRICTED as any movement - fires neurons - this firing then propagates through the brain

rapidly - and fires the anti-constrictor muscles. Shutting down the movement.

Aspergers people then will sort of “pre-warm” or “prepare” or “stim” their muscles - to keep them awake and ready to MOVE

if needed.

I'll promote both of the different hings - together - Aspegers reports and free ways to get help

and also Feldenkrais - and specific books on Amazon - that are very TARGETTED - make the web site / blog

look super shick and professional!

Things to improve

  1. Balancing
  2. Skipping
  3. Boxing bag / speed ball
  4. Juggling
  5. Throwing things and catching them
  6. Swimming! - freestyle, breaststroke, side stroke, backstroke, butterfly!
