• Keyword phrase is used as part of a “headline” as the top line of content on the page.

• Content headline is in bold or larger sized font than the rest of the content.

• (Optional) Keyword phrase in headline is underlined.

File Names

• File name for each page includes the keyword phrase the page is optimized for.
  • i.e. yoursite.com/keywordphrase.htm

• File names for any images also use related keywords.
  • i.e. /yoursite.com/images/keywordphrase.jpg
